Current website and
support privacy notice

Version: 22 October 2026. This text covers the informational website at https://csv-change-guard.pages.dev/ and the current support inbox. Live sales are disabled. Purchase and payment processing are outside this notice.

Who handles your information

DZMITRY SALAVEI, Poland, provides CSV Change Guard and is responsible for the website and enquiry handling described here. Contact the owner for support or privacy questions at csvchangeguard.support@gmail.com.

The utility keeps your files local

The downloadable utility reads selected CSV files and creates reports in your browser. It does not upload catalogues, connect to your store or call AI services. The informational website has no file upload or contact form. Please do not email merchant CSVs, reports, passwords, store credentials or payment details. Use a short description and synthetic examples for support.

Website visits and enquiries

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. It receives technical request information such as IP addresses, browser/request metadata and traffic data to serve the page and protect its network. We have not added analytics or advertising scripts, and Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled for this project. We have not implemented a separate visitor database or routine export of visitor logs. Hosting still involves technical processing; these statements are not a promise that no provider cookies or network records can ever exist.

When you email us, we use your email address, name if supplied, message and any app/browser details you choose to include to answer the enquiry and troubleshoot. Contacting support is voluntary, but we need a reply address and enough detail to understand your request. We do not use enquiries to create marketing lists or advertising audiences, and this website has no newsletter signup.

Where GDPR applies, our basis for website operation and ordinary enquiries is our legitimate interests in providing information about the product, keeping the website reliable and secure, and answering requests people choose to send. We consider those interests alongside individuals' rights. Handling an applicable privacy request or other statutory duty may require processing under the relevant legal obligation. Necessary evidence for a complaint or legal claim may be used for our legitimate interests in resolving or defending that matter.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare processes information to deliver and protect the site. Its roles depend on the purpose: it processes covered customer content/logs on a customer's behalf and also processes network-related information for its own purposes. See its privacy policy and customer DPA.

Consumer Gmail handles our support correspondence under Google's consumer terms and privacy policy. Google processes message content and related service information under those documents, including automated service/security features and optional features according to account settings. Google states that it does not offer a DPA or act as our processor for consumer Gmail. This is the current consumer service, not an activated Workspace business mailbox. See Google's explanation.

Provider processing may take place outside Poland and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google's transfer-framework information and Cloudflare's privacy policy/DPA explain applicable adequacy, Data Privacy Framework and contractual safeguards, where relevant. These are provider arrangements; we do not promise EEA-only processing or claim that we signed a separate Gmail processing agreement. Contact the owner for information about the relevant safeguards or how to obtain a copy.

The owner handles support and privacy requests. We do not routinely forward enquiries to other mailboxes, publish their contents, or send customer messages and attachments to AI assistants or public issue trackers. Providers may process information for their own purposes described in their policies. Information may also need to be disclosed where an applicable legal duty requires it.

How long we keep information

For ordinary support enquiries, our rule is to keep a conversation for about three months after it is finished, then review closed conversations once a month and delete eligible ones once 90 days have passed. Deletion normally starts within 90–121 days after closure. This is a manual owner procedure, not an automatic deletion rule.

Gmail normally keeps deleted messages in Trash for up to another 30 days. Google's subsequent deletion, backup and legal/security retention processes are separate; deleting a message is not a promise of immediate erasure from every provider system. See Gmail deletion and Google's retention explanation.

If a conversation concerns an unresolved complaint, a legal claim or a record we must retain by law, we keep only the necessary evidence while that matter remains open and for any applicable retention/claim period afterward. We review the reason at closure and during subsequent retention reviews. This does not give every email an indefinite exception. Useful technical lessons may be kept after removing information that could identify a person or their catalogue.

Cloudflare applies its purpose-based retention criteria for provider-held technical records, described in its privacy policy. We do not set a separate fixed deadline for all of Cloudflare's own network or legally required records.

Your rights

Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and portability where its conditions apply. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If a separate activity relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights have conditions, including duties to retain particular records.

Email csvchangeguard.support@gmail.com. We use proportionate checks to verify a request and do not ask for identity documents by default. The normal GDPR response period is one month; lawful extensions for complex or numerous requests require notice within that first month. For information a provider controls independently, its privacy contact may also be relevant.

You may complain to Poland's supervisory authority, UODO, or another competent supervisory authority. The owner does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about people using support. The utility's comparison findings are reports for human review; Google and Cloudflare explain their own automated processing separately.

Changes and scope

We will date updates to this notice and assess new purposes before using data for them. This notice explains the current website and consumer inbox; it is not a legal-compliance certificate or a purchase-policy approval. Local CSV processing does not remove the separate privacy responsibilities described here.
